The naughty employee
About the Book
A naughty employee is an employee who does not give a hundred percent to his or her employer. An employee who wastes time, does personal work on company time or literally steals money, stock, or stationery from the employer.
Everyone is guilty of procrastinating from time to time, but the naughty procrastinator perfects it into an art
The incoming and pending trays will be relatively full whilst the out tray not receiving much traffic. Deadlines are missed most of the time.
The jocker is popular at work not because of his hard work but because he is a joker and entertainer.
The desk calendar of a naughty employee has abstract scribblings of the inside spaces of zeros, and other hollow letters such as O, P, B, A etc. He connects the S to become an infinity sign or X to become an hourglass.
If the employee hides himself from the rest all the time, management should be suspicious. For instance, if an employee has an office with his door always closed or blinds most the time drawn and yet he is not a diamond cutter, he is naughty.
Research has shown that perpetual late coming shows less respect and consideration for those waiting for them and the employer
The troublemaker can often be seen wandering from desk to desk, gossiping about co-workers and engaging in casual chitchat. He sometimes goes mocking others, calling them names.
